When you ask for a quote

Our three forms (a quote, an NDIS referral and a strata or commercial quote request) ask for your name, phone number, email address, street address and suburb, the service you need and the details of the job. The NDIS form also asks for your organisation, if you have one, and how the plan is managed. The strata form also asks for your organisation, the strata plan number, a job or work order number and when the quote is due. Each form has an optional question about how you heard about us.

We use those details to quote, book and do the job, and to get in touch about it. Nothing else. We don't sell or share them.

Your details reach our inbox by email through Well Handled, who run this website for us, and go into the job app Kai uses to reply to you and keep track of quotes. Well Handled don't use them for anything else.

When you call or text

Calls and texts to 0468 039 979 go through our phone system. If Kai can't answer, it sends you a text, and keeps your voicemail, a written transcript of it and your messages with your enquiry so he can pick it up.

What the site measures

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, what device they are on and roughly which city they are in. It doesn't tell us who you are. When you tap to call, text or open the quote form, or a quote request goes through, it counts that it happened, without your details.

The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees the request your browser makes for them.

Turning it off

• Google Analytics: install Google's opt-out add-on for your browser, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Any website: your browser settings can block cookies.
